All Is On has been actively involved in the Surround Sound of Fashion an annual fashion show, for the past five year. In my role, I managed all aspects of vendor coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between designers, suppliers, and event organizers to meet high standards of quality and timing.
Also oversee VIP guest experience planning and execution of exclusive hospitality services, personalized attention, and ensuring that high-profile attendees enjoyed a premium event experience. My dedication to detail and organization helped elevate the success of the show year after year.
VIP Guest Experience and Decor
All Is On had the incredible opportunity to work for Ditch Day Party the official kickoff to Chicago's Spring/Summer festivities. This lively event is all about bidding farewell to the long winter months and shaking off the cabin fever brought on by virtual calls and cold weather. It’s a time for everyone to come together, reconnect with friends, coworkers, and loved ones, and fully embrace the season after months of hibernation.
As part of the team, I was in charge of VIP guest relations ensuring an unforgettable experience for our special attendees. I also had the chance to share creative intellectual property contributing fun and exciting ideas that made the party stand out. My team provided custom decor including stunning backdrops and vibrant balloon installations creating a festive and immersive atmosphere.

Custom Branding
All Is On created custom "Hangover Kits" for Guaranteed Rate’s / Ditch Day Party, blending playful branding with practical essentials to keep the celebration memorable long after the event
Creative Design
All Is On partnered with Bacardi International as an independent contractor, delivering custom décor and bespoke flower walls for brand activations with Bacardi, D’USSÉ, and Grey Goose—creating elevated, memorable designs that brought each brand’s identity to life.
